No Refund & No Return Policy

At Manipal, we are committed to providing high-quality training services and learning materials designed to help individuals succeed in banking and financial sales careers. Due to the nature of our services, we follow a Strict No Return and No Refund policy, as outlined below.


📦 Physical Materials – No Returns

All printed training kits, study materials, sales notes, and mock test booklets are non-returnable once shipped. This is because:

• Each set is prepared and packed specifically per student enrollment

• Handling and printing costs are incurred before dispatch

• Educational content is proprietary and intended for individual use


💻 Digital Content – No Refunds

All online classes, recorded sessions, mock tests, and interview Q&A content are non-refundable, regardless of course completion or usage status. This includes:

• Recorded video classes

• Downloadable PDF/notes/materials

• Email or WhatsApp support and interview guidance

• Access to any premium support or digital learning platforms


❌ No Refunds for Missed Classes or Dropouts

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Student decides to discontinue or drop out after enrollment

• Student misses scheduled sessions or fails to attend

• Student is not satisfied with course structure after access is granted

• Technical issues on the student’s side (device, internet, etc.)


⚠️ Exceptions (If Any)

We reserve the right to issue a refund or replacement only in the following rare cases, subject to internal review:


• Duplicate payment due to a technical error (with valid proof)

• Wrong course delivery or enrollment mismatch (must be reported within 48 hours)


Refunds in such cases (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy (For Damaged or Missing Shipments Only)


Effective Date: 01/01/2024


At Manipal, we take great care in packaging and delivering all printed training materials, study kits, practice sets, and notes. However, in rare cases where a shipment is damaged or not received, we offer a limited Exchange-Only Policy, as outlined below.


✅ Eligible Cases for Exchange

We allow an exchange or re-dispatch of physical materials only under the following conditions:


1. Shipment Not Delivered

    * If the parcel is lost in transit or not received within the estimated delivery window.

    * Must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

2. Materials Received in Damaged/Unusable Condition

    * If books, practice sets, or notes arrive torn, water-damaged, or otherwise unusable.

    * Proof required: Clear photos or video must be sent within 48 hours of delivery.


❌ Non-Exchangeable Conditions


No exchanges will be processed in the following cases:


    • Damage caused after delivery (e.g., mishandling by the recipient)

    • Minor wear or cosmetic issues that do not affect usability

    • Requests made beyond the allowed reporting time frame

    • Claims without proof (e.g., photos of damaged package)


🔁 Exchange Process


1. Email your issue to [your email address] with the subject: “Exchange Request – Damaged Shipment”

2. Include your full name, course name, order reference, and photos/video of the issue

3. Our team will verify and confirm if the exchange is approved

4. Approved replacements will be shipped within 7–10 working days


📌 Important Note


This is an exchange-only policy. No refunds will be issued for any physical or digital products.
