By enrolling in any course, accessing our content, or using our services, you ("the student/user") agree to the following Terms & Conditions established by Manipal.
• Course access is granted only after full payment is received and verified.
• Access credentials, training materials, and class links are non-transferable and must not be shared.
• Any unauthorized use, sharing, or distribution of content will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
All study materials, printed kits, mock tests, interview Q&A, recorded sessions, and guidance content are intellectual property of IBFTC MANIPAL Reproduction, copying, or resale in any form is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action under copyright laws.
We maintain a strict no refund policy for all courses and materials once access has been granted or shipment has been initiated. Refunds will not be provided for missed classes, dissatisfaction with course content, withdrawal after enrollment, or technical issues on the user’s side.
We only offer replacement of printed materials in the following limited cases:
• Shipment is not received within 15 working days
• Printed materials are physically damaged and unusable upon delivery (proof required)
Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with valid evidence (photos/videos).
No exchange is allowed beyond this period or without valid proof.
• Technical support is available for access issues, platform guidance, and material clarification.
• Students are responsible for maintaining internet access, device compatibility, and attending classes on time.
• We do not guarantee support for issues outside our platform or for missed sessions.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward staff, trainers, or other students will result in immediate suspension from the course with no refund.
• Misuse of our brand name, impersonation, or fraudulent claims will be met with legal action.
Certificates are issued only upon:
• Full course completion
• Active participation and assessment
• No pending payments or violations
We reserve the right to withhold certificates for incomplete participation or misconduct.
While we offer interview support, job-readiness training, and referrals, we do not guarantee employment. Final selection depends solely on the candidate's performance, qualifications, and employer requirements.
We reserve the right to cancel course access, deny certification, or block services at any time without notice if a student:
• Violates any part of these Terms
• Attempts to exploit or misuse services
• Engages in fraudulent or dishonest behavior
No refund or compensation will be granted in such cases.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
